The painting series Rolling Along With Happiness envisions houses on wheels that become “homes away from home.” Each work portrays whimsical dwellings fashioned with familiar household objects and décor, reimagined as mobile sanctuaries. In these scenes, the everyday transforms into the fantastical, suggesting the possibility of carrying one’s comforts, memories, and sense of belonging wherever the journey leads.

This series reflects on the balance between rootedness and freedom. The wheel-bound homes speak to the human desire for exploration, yet they are filled with the textures of domestic life, such as tables, chairs, lamps, and keepsakes that anchor us emotionally. Together, they embody a playful yet poignant wish, to venture outward into the world without ever losing touch with the feeling of home.
