Shipping policy

At Merchant of Happiness, we are committed to processing and shipping all orders promptly. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy to understand our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and other important details.

Processing Time
All orders require 3-7 business days for processing. During this time, we carefully pack and prepare your order for shipment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays in Singapore may experience longer processing times.

International Shipping Charges and Customs Fees
Our international shipping rates do not encompass any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Should such charges apply, they will be determined and collected upon delivery.

Damages During Transit
While we make every effort to pack products securely to minimise the risk of damage during shipping and handling, please understand that we do not offer coverage for damages that may occur in transit.

Shipping Methods
We offer standard and priority shipping options for most orders. Standard shipping is available for orders weighing up to 2kg or 5kg, depending on the destination. Priority shipping is available for international orders.

Tracking Information
We provide tracking information for all orders as a standard service. Customers will receive tracking details once the order is fulfilled and shipped.

Lost Packages
In the event that a package is lost in transit, Merchant Of Happiness will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package. If the package cannot be located, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution. If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, Merchant Of Happiness will offer a reshipment. Reshipments will not be provided for packages marked as delivered in the tracking system. Please note that in certain countries, tracking is only available up to the point of "arrival at destination post". If the package is not delivered to the specified address, we recommend customers to collaborate with their local postal office for further assistance. Working directly with the local postal service will help facilitate the location and delivery of the parcel to ensure a smooth resolution. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Delivery Times
Projected delivery times are approximate and should not be considered as guarantees, as items can occasionally experience delays in customs that may extend for weeks. The estimated delivery times for standard and priority shipping are as follows:

SINGAPORE (Local)

For products weighing up to 5kg:
Estimated delivery time is 3 days.

ASIA

For products weighing up to 2kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is 4-20 days. 
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days.

For products weighing up to 5kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 45 days.
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days.

We do NOT offer shipping above 5kg for any orders.

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

For products weighing up to 2kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is 7-18 days. 
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 13 days.

For products weighing up to 5kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 40 days. 
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 13 days.

We do NOT offer shipping above 5kg for any orders.

EUROPE

For products weighing up to 2kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is 5-20 days. 
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days.

For products weighing up to 5kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 75 days.
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days.

UNITED STATES

For products weighing up to 2kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is 8-18 days. 
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days.

For products weighing up to 5kg:
Standard mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 55 days. 
Priority mail: Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days.
