Returns:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. All sales are considered final. Prior to completing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review your order to ensure it meets your expectations.

Damaged Products:
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged during transit, we kindly ask you to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate the replacement process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item, along with your order number. Send this information to lush@merchantofhappiness.com or william@merchantofhappiness.com.

Replacement Process:
Upon receiving the necessary information, we will promptly assess the damage and, if the case is deemed eligible, initiate the replacement process. Please allow up to 7 business days for the replacement to be processed and shipped. It's important to note that the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Exceptions:
