The sculpture reflects the balance between nature and heritage in Singapore. Created to commemorate SG60, it speaks to transformation, resilience, and the importance of conserving iconic buildings for future generations.

This sculpture playfully honours Milo Dinosaur, a drink deeply embedded in local food heritage. Its evolution reflects how everyday items become cultural icons, shared across generations and reimagined with creativity.

At Tsutaya Bookstore, Merchant of Happiness brings original hand drawn and hand built artworks into a commercial space. Visitors can slow down and engage with art and books.

The sculptures explore flavour, memory, and cultural rituals, evoking joy and a comforting sense of belonging. This pair at Tsutaya Bookstore highlights two regional favourites, Wonton Noodles and Mee Goreng.

"Equilibria" depicts a crab balancing pebbles that support a rural home, symbolising harmony between built and natural heritage, and the hope that both may endure in fragile balance.

“Rolling Along With Happiness” imagines whimsical wheel bound homes. The paintings harmonise freedom and rootedness, expressing a longing to explore the world without ever losing the warmth of home.  

"Happiness Delivered" - This sculpture celebrates the overlooked moments of joy and comfort in urban life, reminding us to pause, notice, and cherish everyday gestures.

"Stylo Milo Dinosaur" - The Milo Dinosaur, a beloved Singaporean and Malaysian drink, blends Milo, milk, and ice, topped with extra Milo powder, symbolising joy, nostalgia, and athleticism.

"If You're Happy and You Know It." Shared laughter, childhood adventures, heartfelt conversations and joyful moments with friends made every visit to 麦当劳 (McDonald's) a cherished memory.

"Got Free Milk?" - The 1974 School Milk Scheme, introduced by Singapore's government, is remembered with gratitude for improving underweight children's nutrition through free milk.

"Hunting High And Low For The Moon Rabbit" - The sculpture symbolises devotion and self-discovery, blending seeker and guide, revealing answers often lie within the journey itself.

The two stools are designed to work as a pair. Through these stools, the artists wish to communicate the spirit of camaraderie.
